An Ohio license is required to use the Ohio WordPress theme on a live website. There are two types of licenses available:

Regular License (via Envato)
  • Valid for one live website only;
  • Includes lifetime theme updates;
  • Comes with 6 months of support (extendable via Envato);
  • Can be used on staging or development environments under the same domain;
  • Cannot be reused across multiple websites or clients.
Scalable Licenses (via Freemius)

Ohio also offers tiered lifetime license plans for professionals and studios who require higher volume and additional technical utility:

  • Valid for one (Professional) or three (Studio) live websites depending on your selected tier;
  • Includes lifetime theme updates and permanent access to all core features;
  • Comes with 12 months of premium support across all tiers (extendable via Freemius);
  • Every license can be used on staging or development environments to ensure your site is perfect before going live;
  • Studio licenses can be used to power multiple client projects under a single manageable plan.
Are there any recurring license fees?

No, there are no recurring license or subscription fees required to use an Ohio license. Whether you choose the Regular License (via Envato) or one of the Scalable Licenses (via Freemius), it is a one-time purchase that includes lifetime updates.

Regular License (via Envato)
We adhere to the standard Envato Market refund policy. If the theme is technically broken, malfunctioning, or not as described, you can request a refund directly through the Envato refund portal within 180 days of purchase.

Scalable Licenses (via Freemius)
If you find that the theme does not meet your specific technical requirements, a refund may be requested for your initial purchase within 14 days. Please note that subsequent renewals, upgrades, or additional license acquisitions are non-refundable to ensure the integrity of our digital licensing structure.
